Do I need to book or can I walk in?
We work by appointment. Slots open when someone cancels — ask on WhatsApp and we will let you know.
How long does it take?
A haircut takes around 40 minutes; haircut with beard, about an hour. The slot is held for you alone.
What if I am late?
We hold the chair for 10 minutes. Beyond that we may need to reschedule, because there is another appointment right after yours.
Do you cut children’s hair?
Yes. Tell us the age when booking so we reserve the right amount of time.
From what age do you cut?
There is no minimum age. There is only the day the child is up for it — and if they are not, we rebook at no charge.
