Skin and beard are assessed first; not every treatment suits everyone, and we say so when it does not.
Product by skin type
Oily, dry or sensitive skin need different things.
No back-to-back sessions
The slot is entirely yours; a rushed treatment gets no result.

Do I need to book or can I walk in?
We work by appointment. Slots open when someone cancels — ask on WhatsApp and we will let you know.
How long does it take?
A haircut takes around 40 minutes; haircut with beard, about an hour. The slot is held for you alone.
What if I am late?
We hold the chair for 10 minutes. Beyond that we may need to reschedule, because there is another appointment right after yours.
Do you cut children’s hair?
Yes. Tell us the age when booking so we reserve the right amount of time.
Does a facial hurt?
Extraction is uncomfortable on very congested skin. If it hurts, we stop — you are not meant to endure it.
